* Proven customer support experience minimum 2 year in banking & finance industries.
* Strong phone contact handling team skills and active listening.
* Familiar with CRM systems and practices, Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character

Our company is looking to fill the role of collection Team Leader, who will be able to raise the level of negotiations of our operators to a new level and improve it every day. Responsibilities for collection Team Leader

Work with Short term loans is advantage.
Minimum 1-year experience on a same position.
Perform call-dunning activities to remind delinquent hard-core customers of repayments.
Responsible for ensure and effective chasing customer to obtain the daily, weekly and monthly target.
DRA - certified.
Should have Good Communication Skill
Should be presentable
Should be punctual.
Possess strong ability to convivence the customers for make the payment.
English speaking.
The ability to convey information.
The desire to teach and develop as a coach.

Qualification:

*Prior experience as collection Team Leader as similar role.

* Excellent Communication skills.

* Growth mindset.

* Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

* Graduate in any stream and DRA certified.
