This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual who can bring creativity not only to video content but also to written materials for our blog, and has a solid understanding of social media automation.
The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.Â
Responsibilities:
- Content Ideation and Creation:
- Develop social media strategy
- Create original content
- Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop engaging video content ideas aligned with company objectives.
- Produce high-quality video content from conceptualization to execution.
- Blog Writing:
- Create compelling and informative blog posts that align with our brand and target audience.
- Research industry trends, topics, and relevant news to produce engaging written content.
- Video Production:
- Utilize your expertise in video production to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring high production values and visual appeal.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
- Editing and Post-Production:
- Edit and enhance raw footage to create compelling and polished video content.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects as needed to enhance the overall quality of videos.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and curate content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Develop and implement a social media calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content.
- Social Media Automation:
- Utilize automation tools to schedule and publish social media posts efficiently.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and design teams, to align content creation with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with external vendors, if necessary, to ensure the successful execution of video projects.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular reviews of content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and quality standards, and resonates with the target audience.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background:

- Experience:

- Demonstrated experience in creating engaging written content for blogs.
- Familiarity with social media management and automation tools.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.

- Communication Skills:

- Proficiency in many social media platforms
