We are seeking a Back Office Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for handling various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the organization. This is a Full-Time junior-level role suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their usage for business purposes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Experience with data entry and documentation is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, record maintenance, and documentation.
- Managing and organizing files, documents, and other records.
- Coordinating with different departments and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other related documents.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Supporting the HR team in various HR-related activities.
- Assisting in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Managing and updating databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensuring all office supplies are stocked and maintaining inventory records.
- Handling basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
