EXPERIENCE

Duties you'll be entrusted with:

Attend inbound/Outbound business development calls to understand their requirements. Meeting or exceeding sales goals. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Maintaining client records. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability. Overseeing the execution and planning of driving revenue and gross margin growth and sales strategy by using analysis to forecast sales performance, set sales targets, determining the effectiveness of current sales initiatives and implement change if necessary. Create capacity in terms of people, products, programs, and sales Budget to achieve the goals. Build and promote a strong team culture within the sales representatives ultimately resulting in an engaged and high performing sales team. Create and drive sales and marketing tactics/ strategies with the team for customer discovery, engagement and acquisition (e.g. online events, creative workshops, partner channels, collaborations). Responsible for delivering a differentiated product to market that addresses a market need and represents a viable and growth business opportunity. Work and lead the cross-functional effort by closely working with product, tech & sales and academics to ensure effective strategies and tactics Work closely with and along with the other stakeholders to ensure the profitability indicators are as per the plans for the year.

Expectations from you:

Basic Requirements

Any degree, PG or UG. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment. Passion for business development and want to pursue a further career in business development only.
