OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
Implementing changes and executing projects in the application.
Be the technical owner and maintain a portfolio of web / mobile applications
Work on all modern technologies
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Understand user's current process and requirements and assist in defining Technical/Functional Solutions
. Keeping budget and timelines meeting
. Ensure SLAs are met with vendor
. Ensure Traceability of all functional and non-functional requirement from Requirements to Implementation and Transition to support teams
. Review Functional and Technical design provided by vendor partners
. Day to Day coordination with user and vendor partners
. Create and manage the plan for the planned releases and projects
. Assemble and coordinate the internal and external teams to gain consensus on deliverables from each team.
. Ensure Pre-UAT testing is done and verify if release is ready for UAT
. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
. Own the communication and execution of solution handover to Business, service delivery, technology and other team members at designated milestones
. Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations.
. Ensure projects are completed within time and stipulated budget
. Own and manage the production support of the application owned
. Managing audit
. Targeting higher uptime and lower downtime
. Automation of processes
. Work on delivery of projects
. Work on regulatory framework

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation (BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (IT))
Post-Graduation: MCA / M Tech
Work Experience:
5 years + experience
Experience in insurance industry / BFSI is preferred
