Role and Responsibilities: The Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching out to leads and effectively closing sales for our diverse ELearning and Upskilling products. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling and converting leads (B2C)
- Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
- Assisting clients in selecting relevant academic programs
- Providing guidance and counseling to clients
- Maintaining a record of daily inquiries
- Regularly updating MIS reports
Candidate Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with a graduate degree and a passion for sales and education.
Required Skills: - Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Negotiation and objection handling abilities
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel
