Exp :4+ years Notice period: Immediate or 1month Location: Hyderabad (WFO) Location: Hyderabad Hitech City Company ;People Tech Group -Mnc Mode of Hiring: Permanent Shift Timing: US Shift (Fixed)-Night Shift Skill Required: Looking for Candidate who are in to IT Services sales teams.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Relationship-building skills: A Partner Channel Sales Executive must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain strong relationships. Salesexpertise: The ability to understand and navigate the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation is crucial in this role.· Technical knowledge: A Partner Channel Sales Executive should have a solid understanding of the products and services they are selling, as well as the technology industry and market trends. (AWS and Microsoft) Strategic thinking: The ability to develop and execute a strategic plan to grow sales through channel is essential. Results-oriented: Should be driven to achieve or exceed sales targets and be comfortable with being held accountable for their performance. Collaborative mindset: Should have a team-oriented mindset and be able to work effectively with internal sales teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals. Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues with channel partners and the channel program is important for ensuring smooth operation of the program. Data-driven: Should be able to analyze channel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Key Personal Attributes: Prior experience in Business Development/B2B sales IT Sector Must have Enterprise and IT Sales experience. 5-8 years of experience with Data Analytics, Cloud/ IT industry (product or Service) based companies. Experience in sales and providing solutions/services based on customer needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Excellent organizational skills Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
