About the role

 

1. As the Business Intelligence Manager, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our business intelligence systems and processes to provide actionable insights that drive strategic and operational improvements.

 

2. Your primary focus will be on data analytics and reporting, utilizing various analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant tools. You will also manage data in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

 

3. You will be the first BI expert in our organization and will be responsible for setting up and managing data pipelines, data transformation processes, and data visualization tools. As we grow, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a team of analysts.

 

4. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will gather business requirements, design data models, and create dashboards and reports that enable stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.

 

5. Your expertise in data crunching and analysis will be instrumental in identifying customer behavior insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform our product development and marketing strategies.

 

6. As a BI Manager, you will stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics to enhance our strategies and deliver exceptional insights.

 

To contribute effectively, you'll need to:

 

1. Have a strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting, with hands-on experience in various analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools. Experience in CRM data management is also essential.

 

2. Demonstrate proficiency in data crunching, data modeling, and statistical analysis to draw meaningful insights from complex datasets.

 

3. Showcase experience in designing and creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate data insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.

 

4. Possess a deep understanding of data governance and data privacy regulations to ensure compliance and maintain data integrity.

 

5. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and executive teams, to align data analytics with business goals.

 

6. Show a passion for staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

 

7. Demonstrate strong leadership potential and a solution-oriented mindset to set up a team of analysts in the future.
