Job description
Preparation of design including heat load calculations, flow diagrams, duct design, plans and sections, details, specifications, equipment schedules, and calculations size and specifying mechanical equipment, such as air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, etc Produces bid-ready contract documents and contract specifications. Proficient knowledge of Carrier HAP and AutoCAD is required. Working knowledge of Revit, a plus.
Experience in the designs of HVAC systems preferably for high-rise projects.
