Job Description:

As the Executive Assistant to the Director, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support, enabling the Director to focus on strategic and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

. Communication Liaison:
. Act as the primary point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders.
. Draft, review, and respond to emails on behalf of the director, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
. Documentation and Reporting:
. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
. Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring timely retrieval of information when needed.
. Task Prioritization:
. Assist the director in managing priorities by handling routine tasks and managing workflow.
. Anticipate the needs of the director and proactively address them.
. Special Projects:
. Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the director.
. Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
. Operational Oversight:
. Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance overall efficiency.
. Collaborate with department heads to implement best practices and improve organizational effectiveness.
. Employee Relations:
. Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and fair manner.
. Conduct investigations and recommend solutions to ensure a positive work environment.
. Policy Development:
. Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
. Communicate changes in policies and ensure understanding among employees.
. Employee Engagement:
. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.
. Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess and improve the employee experience.
