Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at CareVale Rehabilitation Service, Banjara Hills. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day HR Management operations, creating HR policies, and administering employee benefits. Other responsibilities include managing personnel matters and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) skills, including knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements
• Experience in HR Management, including employee relations, recruiting and staffing, and performance management
• Ability to create and implement HR policies and ensure compliance
• Experience with administering employee benefits, including health and wellness programs and retirement plans
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
• PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
