Job description
We are looking for Banking Reconciliation Operations officer for Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Experience : 3 to 5years Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai Notice Period : Immediate Job Description - Must have product knowledge of various delivery channels & understanding of reconciliation process for delivery channels like (NFS, Visa, UPI, IMPS, Rupay, and Payment gateways)
- Daily verification of Entries/TTUMs through CBS, for various delivery channels products.
- Monitoring of various delivery channels GL heads on regular basis to make sure no unreconciled entries are pending.
- Must be aware of regulatory guidelines for delivery channels like dispute TAT and compensation.
- Need effective coordination with various schemes/vendors/aggregators to resolve the issue in a timely manner
- Having knowledge of ATM disputes and resolving the ATM difference.
- Must have knowledge of the Chargeback dispute for overall delivery channels and the same should be resolved within regulatory TAT.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite including using Excel, Word.
- Must have good oral and written skills
- The jobholder will need to be flexible and able to deal with the ongoing changing needs of the Business in a positive way.
- Reduction of platforms, breaks, audit points, cost and un-reconciled balances
- Mitigate financial/reputational risk by ensuring appropriate structure, resources, procedures and controls are developed and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements or Bank policies
- Deal effectively with queries from external and internal stake holders and resolve queries in a timely, professional manner, escalating issues where necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
