Operations Location: Goregaon East (Mumbai) Eligibility: MBA or Masters degree preferable CTC Up to : 3.75 LPA Kotak Bank Operations team is involved primarily in: Fulfilment of all kinds of customer service requests Ensuring compliance to regulatory and internal guidelines while fulfilling these requests Working as a effective line of defense for the bank by proactively executing checks and controls to reduce errors & frauds The scope of operations covers all Customer and Business segments, covering all kinds of Banking Products and services. What will you get to do? Will be working with Line Managers across various banking domains and help in designing and executing the above responsibilities.
