About Us: We are a health-tech startup that prioritizes your health over anything else and thus bringing to you all the necessary healthcare services under one app. Ordering medicines online through subscriptions, home healthcare services, online doctor consultations, in-clinic appointments and what not? At HealthSy, we are trying to bring a change in the way people think and use various healthcare services across India. Most of our day-to-day activities and actions that we do in our lives like buying clothes, booking tickets, getting groceries for our home etc., that was once done physically have now moved towards the digital way of thinking and doing it at least in the urban centers with the rural and semi-rural centers fast catching up due to the quick penetration of the internet and the swiftness and easiness of doing things digitally. We want HealthSy to be your trusted healthcare partner for all your day-to-day healthcare needs.

Duties and Responsibilities : Think Big and Strategically

: Always think big with respect to your given role and work, set targets and objectives that will help in the development of the business Research and Identify

: Research and identify new business opportunities, growth areas, services, partners, customers, trends On-boarding

: Reaching out to those doctors, retail pharmacies, home healthcare service providers who have shown their interest online on our website, apps and convincing them to get onboard along with sharing the financials, signing the papers and on-boarding them New partners for HealthSynergy

: As you know that HealthSy’s partner registration and onboarding platform is called ‘HealthSynergy’ meaning creating partnerships in the healthcare sector. You will have to find, connect and on-board new partners such as top doctors across different doctor specialisations, retail pharmacies and home healthcare services providers. This will be done through emails and calls Drawing up contracts

: We have a standard set of legal papers that is already in existence for on- boarding different types of partners for HealthSy under HealthSynergy, you will just have to prepare the papers in their respective names before getting them to sign and on-board. Connecting and Networking

: Connecting with potential partners over call and email to establish rapport and arranging meetings Good Understanding of our Business and Product (Apps)

: We will provide you will the vision and knowledge of the same before you can commence your work activities Foster and develop good professional relationships with our partners Plan, improve and implement better onboarding practices for our partners Discuss promotional strategies and activities with the marketing department so that more registrations and leads for onboarding can take place through our website and apps Train members of your team if necessary Should be able to understand the needs, situations, handling for different partners Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Allocating tasks and managing your team of BDEs

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented
