We're looking for an experienced and passionate Front-End Developer for our Global IT Delivery Centre in India. We are already providing IT services and support to Alfa Laval companies around the world, and we are now expanding our operations to meet future demands.
Alfa Laval has invested in a 'Global IT Delivery Centre' in Pune with the vision to expand and deliver IT services as an extension to our global teams located in Sweden, Denmark and the USA. We focus on cost-effective solutions and improved performance to create a unique Alfa Laval experience!
About The Job We are looking for a front-end developer with solid skills in React and TypeScript to contribute to our globally distributed agile team.
You will be involved in
- Developing new features and enhancing existing ones.
- Generating PDF and Word documents that contain assembly instructions.
- Providing a user-friendly UI for viewing and managing orders.
- Generating Analytical reports.
The team collaborates closely with our business stakeholders to deliver functionalities related to order handling.
What We're Looking For You have a cheerful and solution-oriented mindset. You take pride in delivering maintainable, high-quality systems. You love being part of a team and sharing knowledge, and you like helping others.
Skills That We Hope You Have - 5+ year's experience.
- Lead the front-end development of new features from conceptualization to deployment.
- Strong coding ability in React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in state management patterns, specifically using Redux Toolkit.
- Experience in writing clean, testable and type-safe code.
- Experience in teamwork and agile methodology (SCRUM).
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- You have excellent communication skills, and you take initiative.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
