Role: Salesforce Administrator Job Location: Goa/Noida, India Fulltime Company: Job Overview We are hiring a Salesforce Admin to our Enablement Team (Process Engineering). The hire should be able to work independently and will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing our Salesforce CRM Applications. Salesforce Admin will work with the internal customers to develop Service Cloud Solutions. Should be self-motivated, proactive, and result oriented. Salesforce Admin should be able to design scalable application architecture and CRM workflow. Job Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud Solutions. Make modification and add additional features to the existing Solutions. Work directly with customers to understand their requirements. Design scalable solution architecture and CRM workflows. Creating timelines and development goals. Create and maintain source control that meets industry standards. Should be able to use Sandbox feature for development, testing and deployment. Troubleshooting and bug fixes. Should be able to do integration of newly developed features or patches to production. Work like a single point of contact for all Salesforce related matters. Use Jira for Epic and Ticket creations. Create and maintain application user documentation. Create and maintain SOPs for quality and training purposes. Qualification, Skills, and Attributes Engineering in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in building Salesforce Service Cloud Solutions. Salesforce Certified Administrator. Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certifications. Salesforce, Salesforce User, Salesforce Admin, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, JavaScript. Experience in using Apex, Visualforce, and Lighting Component Framework. Experience in development using JAVA or any Object-Oriented Programming language. Experience with HTML5, CSS, Eclipse etc. Experience with Source Control applications like Bit Bucket. Experience with JIRA. Knowledge on Network related errors / failures. Experience working with Oil and Gas Industry will be an advantage. Solid documentation and organization skills. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks. Excellent professional, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must be flexible and team oriented. Ethical, self-motivated individual with the ability to set and achieve goals.
