• Handling a team of Sales Manager for Motor Agency channel
• Develop an effective agency channel in his territory
• Managing the recruitment of POSP Agents
• Sales& Business Development of Motor insurance products
• Handling strategic alliances and tie-ups with various channel partners
• Should maintain balance between Sales& Claims
• Analysing motor insurance business potential.
• Arrange the product training programs and awareness session
• Achievement of overall sales targets the team.
• Execute sales promotional activities.

Eligibility Criteria
• General Insurance or Motor Insurance agency experience is required
• People Management experience is required
• Candidate should be from Agency background
• Local candidate would be prefered
