Job Description
Reporting into the Head of Supply chain, you will be responsible for-
- Leading SnOP for International Business & ensure supplies as per commitments along with internal stakeholder Management for Long Range Planning & AOP for the year
- Managing external stakeholder for Efficiency Build-up and Cost Control for managing copackers & 3P, Freight forwarders,RM/PM Suppliers
- Leading NPD Launches & Renovation rollout for Business and ensuring Commercial Closures with Co-Packers and Legal Agreement compliances
- Conducting & assisting Monthly Audits of 3rd Party Location for Quality & Regulatory needs and developing new Co-Packers for New Manufacturing Set-ups & starting from scratch in new countries
- Delivering Cost Saving & SCM Efficiency Improvement Projects and ability to deliver 100% OTIF
The Successful Applicant
An ideal candidate will have 8-18 years of experience in working with a FMCG/ Pharma company. He/she should have managed end to end supply chain operations along with procurement for owned plants/ 3rd party or co-manufacturing units outside and within India as well. He/She should be managing a team in their current role. You should have strong stakeholder management skills and would possess strong vision towards growth and profitability of the business. You should have hands on experience in managing a team and have impeccable communication skills
