Job Title: Sales Executive/ Sales Manager
Experience :
- Sales Manager – Hotel Sales (2 - 6 years experience)
- Sales Executive – Hotel Sales (1- 2 years experience) (even Fresher MBAs or those who have customer field sales experience 1 year)
Job Purpose:
• To develop the Corporate & Travel Agent segment from the region and generate business to 45 plus resorts & hotels across the country.
• Achieve the revenue & Room nights target allocated for each of the resort
Key Area of Responsibility:
- To build & maintain strong relationships with Clients, Travel Agencies, Events Planners, & Corporates
- To identify potential customers. Expand account portfolio and pursue strategic business opportunities
- Deliver impactful sales presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate on promotional campaigns.
- Develop a pipeline of prospects for MICE and FIT.
- Finalize negotiation and contracts.
Qualification
Education: Minimum Graduation. Post-Graduation will be an added advantage.
