Requirements
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the [IT/Non-IT/Consulting] industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with a go-getter attitude.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Basic understanding of Human Resources Function.
