Drive brand awareness and generate new business opportunities through offline marketing initiatives, focusing on shops, societies, Malls, and corporates.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Design and implement promotional programs, in-store activations, and merchandising initiatives.
Manage relationships with key distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
Negotiate trade terms and pricing to ensure profitability.
Monitor campaign performance and measure marketing ROI.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in General Trade marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, brand, and trade marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Proven experience in general trade sales, preferably in the dairy or food industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing new business relationships
Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop and execute sales strategies
