Location: Bangalore only

Client will train them on Office core products once he/she selected and joined them.
We need good Jr. Level resources who has good knowledge on Windows Core concepts with good communication skills and learning ability.
Years Of Experience Required : 1 - 2 Years.
Technical Requirements:
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Knowledge of Office installation methods.
• Knowledge of Excel VBA and Word VBA will be an added plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of Windows Operating System Fundamentals
• Understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of Database 'know How': MS Access, MS SQL
• Experience in network operations, software support or I.T. consulting.
• Candidates must also have strong customer service, accurate and logical problem solving, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in log analysis (Process monitor, Network monitor)
