Identify any potential risks within documents/processes. Align with ISO-9001 certification when needed
Communicate clear instructions to the PP requestors about the documentation requirements.
Ensure documentation uploaded on KX is accurate and follows the Cigna and ISO 9001 requirements.
Identify process improvements and work with the teams to ensure these are implemented.
Work on organizing the Procedures on KnowledgeXchange.
Take the ownership and work on a collaboration mode with our Document Editors, Document Approvers and Process Owners.
Propose improvement actions and changes.
Participate in team meetings/subgroup meetings and share ideas that will create opportunities to grow as a team and support the vision of International Health.
Work on projects given to you by management. Complete them accurately and efficiently
Create process flows for high level processes and high level flow of links between different processes per business segment.
Develop, configure/create and optimize processes for a new business area.
Support process assessments performed by the Process Engineers and able to elaborate rerporting
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor s degree in documentation or communication.
ISO-9001 certification knowledge is not mandatory but helps for this position.
Proven work experience as Process definition, documentation management, (5 to 10 years of experience)
Knowledge of process standardization and automation.
Proficient on flowchart creation and Visio, as well as Power Point and Excel.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills.
High energy, results-oriented individual able to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines
Ability to think analytically, interpret information / observations and make effective decisions.
Ability to ask for guidance, when required, on complex issues.
Ability to present information and ideas in a confident, creative and interactive manner.
