Are you passionate about aviation and skilled in sales We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our team. As a Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our academy's training programs and services to prospective students and clients.
Responsibilities :
• Generate leads and prospect for potential students interested in aviation training programs.
• Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and presentations to educate prospects about our academy's offerings.
• Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students throughout the enrolment process.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs to drive revenue growth and contribute to the academy's success.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, aviation, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education or aviation industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of aviation training programs and industry trends is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for events and meetings.
