Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer located in Kolkata at Flowtech Solutions LLP. The Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing technical support and services, providing training for customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field
• Experience in customer service, sales, and technical support
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and fluid systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to travel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CAD software is a plus
• Experience in the pump industry is a plus
