Job description

- Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline.

-Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.

- Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.

- Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.

Specific accountabilities:

-Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
-Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the projects
-Ensure management of projects controls (risks, issues and dependencies)
-Effectively apply the Amadeus project management methodology and enforces project standards
-Ensure that the project is managed to budget, time and quality and that it delivers the benefits anticipated in the business case.Responsible for problem resolution and project success.
-This job profile participate in the preparation of the following key deliverables:
- Meeting management: Steering committee, Project Status meetings
- Documentation: Project Management Plan including, schedule, cost, scope...
- Engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Communication with stakeholders both internal and external
-Project accounting: progress reports, budget management and invoicing
