Hospitality, Business Development and Procurement Manager Specialization: - Hotels and Hospitality Location: [Jaipur, Rajasthan] Key Responsibilities:- We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate (BDA) / Procurement Manager to join our new project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in kitchen equipment procurement, excellent negotiation skills, strong vendor relationships, and a deep understanding of various market sectors with a major focus on the club, hotel, and hospitality industry. -Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic market research and networking. -Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to expand our market presence. -Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and implement growth strategies. -Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions. -Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and potential clients. -Assist in the negotiation and closure of business deals to meet revenue targets. Qualifications:- -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. -Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. -Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
