As an Offshore Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process, focusing on identifying, engaging, and securing top-notch technical professionals for our clients in the United States. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract highly skilled technical candidates. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Possess a strong understanding of US work authorizations to ensure compliance in the recruitment of candidates for US-based roles. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs. Foster long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with a focus on US-based clients and candidates. In-depth knowledge of US work authorizations, visas, and immigration processes. 5+ years of experience of technical roles, skills, and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.Job tags
