Seeking a dynamic Digital Video Creator to join our creative team. If you excel in social media content, viral content creation, rapid idea generation, trend tracking, and thrive in ongoing campaign content creation, we want you. As a short-form video expert, you'll handle both behind and in front of the camera tasks, shooting and editing independently. Manage our company's social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Proficiency in Hindi and English is a plus. Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and create compelling short-form video content for various social media platforms, aligned with brand objectives and targeted audience resonance.
2. Develop strategies for creating viral content to boost brand visibility and engagement. Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize content reach.
3. Generate a constant stream of creative ideas for video content across different genres and themes. Adapt to trending topics, creating timely and relevant content.
4. Craft engaging and concise scripts capturing attention and delivering key messages effectively. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and refine script ideas.
5. Collaborate with influencers to align content creation with brand objectives. Provide clear and inspiring briefs to influencers for seamless collaboration.
6. Demonstrate proficiency in shooting high-quality video content independently. Edit videos using various software for polished, visually appealing content.
7. Stay abreast of current trends in digital media, pop culture, and social platforms. Infuse trending elements into content to enhance relevance and engagement.
8. Create daily content for ongoing campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate video content into overarching campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Digital Video Creator with a portfolio showcasing successful short-form video content.
2. Familiarity with the latest trends in digital media and social platforms.
3. Proficient in video shooting, editing, and post-production. Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
4. Exceptional creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative and unique content ideas. A strong eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
5. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their content formats. Understanding of audience behavior and preferences on different platforms.
6. Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and influencers. Ability to provide clear and inspiring briefs for content creation.
7. Proficiency in Hindi and English is a must.
8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving trends and audience preferences. Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
