Job description
Abstract: We are looking for a ‘ T echnical Content W riter ‘ need for clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation becomes paramount. Technical writers play a crucial role in bridging the gap between subject matter experts and end-users by translating complex information into accessible content.In addition we are also looking for a resource that can help document all our process and optimize our use of Microsoft SharePoint functionality. Skills: Writing skills,Research skills, Technical knowledge, Content strategy development,Technical writing,Communication skills, Collaboration,Technical Documents, Reviews, and Reports.
Bachelors degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience writing technical documentation, preferably in the IT industry.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for various audiences.
Strong understanding of content strategy and best practices for online documentation.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and content authoring tools is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development processes is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, company process guide, installation guides, troubleshooting guides, knowledge base and digital marketing articles.
Develop and write high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly language for diverse audiences, ranging from non-technical users to developers.
Collaborate with team such as engineers, developers, and product managers to gather accurate and up-to-date information.
Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Follow and maintain consistent style guides and formatting guidelines.
Utilize content management systems (CMS) and other relevant tools to efficiently create, edit, and publish content.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies within the relevant field.
Identify opportunities to improve existing documentation based on user feedback and analytic.
Contribute to the development and implementation of content strategies for various technical products and services.
