Job description
Coordinates with the Corporate HR team to ensure on time closure of any
manpower requisition for the mine.
Advises the Management on HR Legal matters related to Employment Laws,
Standing Orders, Union Negotiations, Factories Act, Disciplinary matters and
statutory obligations.
Formulates and acts as a custodian of important policiesin areaslike Disciplinary
Issues, Employee Grievance and Code of Conduct.
Admin and Security
Management
Reviews the security layout to identify areas of vulnerability and ensures the
allocation of security personnel.
Evaluates suspected security breaches if any and recommends corrective
actions.
Establishes and maintains appropriate security measures for the safety and
security of employees within the boundary of the plant.
Monitors and maintains the CCTV footage within the boundary of the plant
and ensures they are in working order at all times.
Payroll Management &
Attendance
Management
Supervises the payroll inputs to Corporate HR and ensures it is completed
within specified timelines every month for all employees at the plant.
Ensures all plant employees data are updated in the Zing HR system on a
regular basis.
Checks the proper recording of the attendance by the time office for all
workers and staff in biometric system as per the shifts assigned.
Proper monitoring of the Overtime, Comp Off and other payments to the
workers and employees as per the rules of the company.
