Job Title : Agile Scrum Master
Location : Pune, Bangalore or Chennai
Experience : 8 to 12 years
Skills : Good experience in Data Engineering projects
Job Description :
• Scrum Master certification is must
• Manage each project's scope and timeline
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Mentored Product Owners in creation and maintenance of Product Backlog.
• Experience in Sprint planning, Daily scrum, Backlog Refinements, Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives, release and sprint metrics such as Velocity Trends, Backlog health, burn down charts etc.
• Experience in preparing/facilitating Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reports.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Know how to communicate effectively across organizational, technical and political boundaries
• Know how to drive team and set the pace, ensuring teams are working towards delivery commitments'
