Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with designing and implementing marketing strategies that support and expand Ballers' business operations. The Marketing Manager will also lead and manage marketing programs, refine brand identity, and conduct market research that helps drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's overall business goals
- Manage and strategise performance marketing channels - Google, Meta and others
- Tracking and analyzing performance, and making necessary optimizations
- Manage the company's content experience, including developing and executing content strategies, creating and managing content calendars, and tracking and analyzing content performance
- Collaborate with other marketing team members, including product marketing, creative, and social media, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, email, social media, and paid advertising
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to improve results
- Manage the company's marketing budget and ensure that it is spent effectively
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and implement new strategies to improve the company's marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing strategies, brand identity, and market research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage marketing programs
- Experience with CRM tools, email marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategy
- Experience with content creation, event management, and advertising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Experience in the lifestyle industry is a plus
