We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Commission processing


This position is responsible for processing signed contracts, closing deals, and issuing commission checks, using an internal accounting systems Dynamics to pay Sales Agents and Referrals. The Commissions Processor is focused on ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and the highest level of customer service to our Sales Agents and Office Managers. This position reports to the Senior Commissions Manager.

Responsibilities


. Process contract signed forms into the system

. Process closed deals

. Process, print, and mail agents commission checks

. Process Referral checks

. Provide support to Office Managers in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculations.

. Close the deal in Dynamics and add any deductions, payouts, commission changes to allow for timely and accurate payments to our agents

. Various tasks like: requesting stop payment on agent commission checks processing changes to contract signed forms downloads into excel and distribution of reports.

. Be prompt in answering calls from the agents and office managers.

Qualifications we seek in you.

Minimum qualifications

. Degree in Accounting preferred

. Strong systems and communication skills required

. Customer Service experience required, sales industry preferred

. Excellent math and organizational skills

. Real Estate industry experience is preferred

. Proficient in Excel and data entry

. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
