The role – Campaign Manager, will be overseeing the strategic initiative of how data reflects and drives the policymaking, decision-making, governance, and developmental aspects for a major political powerhouse in the Indian landscape.

• Problem solving aptitude & appetite.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills with keen disposition towards crisis resolution.
• Ability to navigate through ambiguities with decisiveness.
• Fair to thorough understanding of socioeconomic and political landscapes on the lines of population split, gender division, caste bifurcation, voting patterns, and local developmental and governance issues of the country.
• Managerial acumen with a natural knack at driving teams and achieving collaborative objectives.
• Stakeholder management across the organization’s hierarchy with a demonstrated ability to coordinate and work with leadership and baseline workforce alike.

Looking for candidates with:

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Law/Economics/Management/Political Science/Statistics/Mass Communication/Social Science/Science/Social Work from a Tier-1/ Tier-2 institution.
• Preferred Master’s degree from a Tier-1/ Tier-2 institution in any of the abovementioned disciplines.
• 1-3 years of qualified experience as an Analyst or of a similar tier role (or) 3-5 years of qualified experience as an Associate or of a similar tier role with a matured, process-driven, and data-rich organization (read MNC).
• Exceptional track record and a demonstrated fitment to the role will be considered too.
• Excellent communication and engaging skills with impeccable command/fluency in Marathi.
