· Key Responsibilities : a Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test and debug programs b Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions c Help manage the design and development process, drive decisions, and coordinate efforts Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting abilities d Help manage the design and development process, drive decisions, and coordinate efforts e Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting abilities

· Technical Experience : a At least 3yrs Experience in ABAP Development on ABAP OOP and Web Dynpro b Experience in RICEFW and program life cycle with programming Know-how of Integration methodologies and performance standards c SAP ABAP experience including custom design and development of reports, interfaces, enhancements, BAPI/BADI and IDOCs ,SAP Note Implementation ALV d Good to have knowledge in SAP ABAP on HANA and Workflows

· Professional Attributes : a Good communication skill b Decision making capabilities c Has a responsible behaviour
