Job description
- We are looking for a talented Quality Assurance Manager
- In this role you will be part of an IT organization and to provide direction and leadership on all quality matters across the platform or domain
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, implementing best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of QA Engineers who are responsible for ensuring E2E (end to end) quality of our products.
- Provide high direction for test teams delivering a clear and consistent vision.
- Develop a roadmap for building needed test expertise. Establish and evolve formal QA processes.
- Define quality and automation KPI goals for the team and drive success towards achieving them.
- To recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure the quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Kick off co-ordination of the sourcing and preparation of Test Data, Test Environments and Execution as required.
- Participate in Deployment Readiness Review Meetings including risk assessments.
- Continuous improvement of Test process and methodology to find efficiencies and improvements in the way we work.
- Create maintain high-quality documentation for test processes test artifacts.
- To manage communications and report Testing activities status to key stakeholders.
- To ensure the scope of all testing is sufficient ensure a comprehensive level of test coverage but does not repeat tests.
- To take responsibility for: time management; reporting and monitoring; risk management; issue management; quality assurance and change management.
- Prepare retrospective analysis of project/program.
- Defining highlighting the risks / contingencies and mitigation plans with stakeholders.
- Creating strategies to mitigate those risks and take necessary measures to control the risks.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in Analysis, Testing, Development and Execution of Automated Manual Test Scripts of Web Applications and windows-based applications.
- Experience in handling testing proposals, project Discovery, Test effort estimation and execution.
- Skilled in requirement gathering, test analysis, test planning, test case designing and testing.
- Hands on experience in development execution of automated scripts using Selenium WebDriver or Cypress.
- Experience in execution of regression test suite in designing of scenarios, System Test Cases, defect tracking management and bug reporting.
- Experience in managing the end-to-end testing process.
- Hands on experience in Selenium, Java script, Java, TestNG.
- Good Knowledge and experience in CI/CD Preferably Jenkins
