Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and organizing personnel files, recruiting, onboarding new employees, training and development of employees, and ensuring HR compliance and regulations. This role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be working with different teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Expertise in HR compliance and regulations
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training employees
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in HR management or relevant field
• Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration is a plus
• Knowledge of local compliance laws and regulations
