Offshore/Onshore Stress Engineers - Piping Stress Engineer Exp – 6 to 15 years Location – Chennai/Pune/Coimbatore/Bangalore Qualification Required: Requires minimum of 6-15 years of experience. Diploma, Bachelors /Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Roles And Responsibilities • Prepare stress calculations and nozzle loads summaries demonstrating Code compliance and prepare a Stress Analysis Report containing calculations and information for each piping system analyzed (when required by the Client). • The Candidate shall be able to perform:- • Pipe Stress Analysis Calculations • Plant Layout Comments – loads to all other disciplines • Piping Mechanical Specifications • Special Studies • Special Piping (SP) Item Calculations, Drawings, and Data Sheets • Special Piping (SP) Item Requisition Worksheets • Pipe Support Drawings • Pipe Support Requisition Worksheets • Pipe Support Locations Required Technical And Professional Expertise: Knowledge of Caesar II software to perform flexibility analysis. Knowledge of Support selection and support design , spl support Drawing creation. Should be well verse in Fatigue/Blast, FPSO Hog, Sag and structural consideration. Knowledge of Navis Model / Review Reality is a must.
