Job Responsibility Leading Classroom Process and Product related, soft skills Training Sessions, Conducting floor huddles to improve identified skill-related opportunity areas Conducting daily call audits and grading the calls against established scoring standards Identifying and correcting the process gaps Identifying trends and patterns in agent performance and providing recommendations for improvements Drafting Quality assurance policies and procedures Developing and maintaining the training procedure manuals, training contents and guides Collating the training/audit results and documenting the same to present to senior management Providing insights to red flag any specific trends/Individuals Job Description: Experience: Minimum 2 years experience. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree – any specialization Eligibility: Prior experience in quality inspection, auditing, testing, or training. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written. Problem-solving skills to address complex loan scenarios and customer inquiries. Attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards in the financial industry.Job tags
