Job description
Position: Sales Specialist (MBA freshers) preferred
location: Interview location HSR layout
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage customer leads through ERP systems.
- Attend and assist clients during on-site visits.
- Conduct cold calls to initiate sales pipeline and ensure proper follow-up.
- Maintain and update lead generation database regularly.
- Research, track, and update leads for effective sales management.
- Make outgoing calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up with clients and successfully close sales deals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
Requiremnts:
- Strong verbal and written communication in both English and the local language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional time management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Team player with self-motivation, dedicated to working in the real estate sector.
- Desire to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
