Job description

Our IT consulting firm is in search of a delivery excellence lead to spearhead our Quality Assurance for Operate and Application Management Services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Quality Assurance Framework to AMS / Operate engagement
Work with stakeholders to create SOPs, action plans and implementation roadmaps
Ensure Quality KPI and SLA compliance
Track, measure and report performance, evaluate effectiveness
Drive end to end delivery of Quality requirements as per SOW
Ensure Process and Audit Compliance, deploy and audit designed processes within defined timeframe
Provide root cause analysis for weak performance report and track implementation of corrective actions based on performance
Manage customer and stakeholder expectations and escalations
Proactively analyze quality performance and process capability, identify and analyze trends and pattern
Drive Process Improvement, identify and evaluate ways of standardization and automation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience on service delivery and AMS engagements within an IT or consulting environment.
Expertise in MS Excel, data visualization tools and dashboard creation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in an understandable manner to all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with IT consulting services , project management ,ITIL frameworks and Auditing frameworks
Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.
