Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Specialist role located in Pune, but with some remote work allowed. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communicating with clients to understand their needs and providing excellent customer service, managing sales activities, conducting product training, and leading sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and explain complex technical concepts
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving targets and managing sales activities
- Ability to conduct product training for clients and sales team
- Strong sales management skills with experience leading sales strategies and initiatives
- Experience in embedded systems or software development is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent work experience
