Job Description:
Responsible for evaluating the standard and nonstandard durability & safety load cases assessed for all the trim commodities.
Responsible for Interiors and Exteriors Analysis support to daytoday CAE requests.
Setup Interiors model and exteriors model for the respective analysis requirements.
Interiors Safety analysis experience is an added advantage
Competent in the prerequisites of the solvers in Abaqus / LsDyna.
Capable of debugging the analysis model irrespective of the solvers and to identify the root cause of the issues.
Capable of simulating the nonstandard load case in a realistic approach
Key Requirements:
Good Knowledge in Engineering fundamentals.
Proficient in Hypermesh/Ansa and Solvers like Abaqus.
Sound working knowledge of Durability load cases on Interiors/Exteriors.
Expertise in metals strength and fatigue analysis.
Working knowledge in Fatigue software such as Abaqus Nastran or LS Dyna.
