Job description
We are hiring Biriyani specialist for our Kapil Foods and Beverages .
- Knowledge of cooking varieties of biryani like Hyderabadi biryani , Kolkata biryani, Mogalai biryani.
- Prepares a variety of meats(mutton/chicken), paneer other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, matki , handi and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
Experience - 5 Years to 10 Years
Skills: meat preparation,cooking,must be able to make different types of biriyanies,biriyani,kitchen equipment,must have an expert in mogolai & hyderabadi biriyani,must have an experience in multicusine
