Having an urgent opening for Internal Audit Profile with one of the leading Finance Company for Mumbai location.

Job Description:

Title : Senior Manager - Internal Audit

Department - Audit

Reporting to - VP Audit

Job Purpose:

The candidate has to conduct the product and process audits to provide a reasonable assurance on the compliance with the policies and processes of the company.

Essential Education :

Semi-qualified CA or Commerce graduate/ Post graduate with experience in audit of NBFCs and/or Banks.

Essential Experience and job requirements:

· Business Awareness – demonstrates clear understanding of the retail assets business

· Internal Controls – basic understanding of internal controls and awareness of the internal controls framework

· Auditing Skills

• A wareness of the risk based internal audit approach   knowledge about the regulatory requirements
• D emonstration of adherence to auditing standards
• Experience in conducting audits of corporate functions / shared services audits
• Audit report drafting skills

· Performance – ability to independently handle assignments

· Stakeholder management – ability to communicate with clarity with the auditees and handle conflicts

· Teamwork – to be a team player, self-starter i.e. ability to take initiative, proactively anticipate situations/actions

· Computer Skills – ability to work on MS excel and Power Point Presentations

· Agility and Innovation – Attitude to seek and share best practices, align to the organizational needs, facilitation and positive influence.

Experience :

3-4 years of experience in similar role is preferred.
