, , and . About the Role: We're seeking a passionate and skilled Design Lead to join our growing team in Hyderabad, India. You'll lead a group of up to 5 talented UI/UX and graphic designers, shaping the visual identity and user experience of Zenwork products. You'll combine your design expertise with strong leadership and mentorship skills to foster a collaborative and impactful team environment. Responsibilities: Lead the design team in creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing experiences for all Zenwork products. Define and implement design standards and processes, ensuring consistency and quality across all design assets. Partner with product managers and engineers to translate product requirements into effective design solutions. Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions. Develop and mentor your team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to help them grow their skills. Advocate for the value of design within the organization, building strong relationships with cross-functional teams. Stay up-to-date on design trends and emerging technologies, proactively seeking innovative solutions for Zenwork. Manage design budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient utilization for maximum impact. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a design lead or senior designer in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of leading and mentoring design teams, fostering collaboration and achieving team goals. In-depth experience with UI/UX design principles, including user research, prototyping, and iteration. Strong command of industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Experience with creating animations, motion graphics, and video editing is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to diverse audiences. Passion for design excellence and a strong commitment to user-centered design. Bachelor's degree in design, communication, or a related field required.
