We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Atlassian Business Unit. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding VIDSCOLA's footprint in the Atlassian ecosystem, focusing on enterprise-level accounts and new market development. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile practices and how Atlassian solutions can accelerate Agile progress within organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate key business and customer relationships management and negotiate potential business opportunities.
- Develop annual sales and customers penetration plan to achieve the agreed-on annual sales target.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare regional annual budget on regional volume allocations, pricing and sales forecasts.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Be able to upsell & cross sell VIDSCOLA's portfolio of services in any current or potential business account.
- Attend regional events, conferences and external forums to showcase our portfolio of services.
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and tailor Atlassian solutions to meet their specific requirements, particularly within an Agile context.
- Collaborate with our technical and consulting teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Develop highly effective business pitches, solution catalogs, and documentations.
- Continuously improve content and solution presentations to be simple, appealing, and delivering the needed message to the client.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies, especially within the Atlassian ecosystem.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, and related solutions.
- Previous experience working with Agile teams and a demonstrated ability to achieve outstanding results through Agile practices is a MUST.
- (Exceptional) communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and attend client meetings and industry events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
