Job description
We are looking for a full time candidate for maintaining and monitoring the brand’s digital image and social media presence, along with managing customer relationship.
Responsibilities Monitor and manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, Pinterest). Provide guidance and expertise on audience engagement for social media campaigns. Devise social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and follower growth. Ideate and implement the social media calendar for the brand in line with the Creative Director’s vision. Monitor and manage CRM softwares, customer journeys and funnel performance online to understand drop-off points and share insights and solutions on optimisation. Analyse the performance of social media marketing channels and share weekly and monthly reports with relevant stakeholders. Work with the external digital marketing agency to continuously develop experiments/initiatives to optimize digital performance, including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, retargeting and new channels to maximize full-funnel performance. Qualifications 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role and industry. Should hold a graduate or post graduate degree in a relevant field. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc. Should have experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma.
