Job Description
• Providing end-to-end support for all Network components including computers, storage, and Network devices like firewalls, Switches, Servers, and Wireless Devices.
• Prioritizing, resolving customer queries, and escalating to relevant stakeholders.
• Must have good Hands-on experience in LAN, WLAN & WAN technologies.
• Must have hands-on knowledge of Firewall/VPN technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting switching technologies like STP family, Ether-channel and Inter-VLAN
• Experience in Incident, Service request, and change management procedures.
• Preferred Certification – CCNP/CCNA
• Must have Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
• Must have Customer Centric approach
